2.3 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals subject to a court order or who have been declared bankrupt are not eligible to register or use the platform 1betmega.

Account registration process 1betmega is straightforward and free. That said, there are important rules you need to follow:

3.1 One Account Per Member

Each individual is only permitted to hold ONE account at 1betmega. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances. This includes accounts registered using different names, email addresses, phone numbers or IP addresses.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. This includes your full name (as per your MyKad), date of birth, phone number and email address. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

3.3 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. 1betmega will never ask for your password via email, SMS or any social media platform. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately.

1betmega offers a range of convenient and secure deposit methods, all transacted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Below is the complete information on the deposit process:

4.1 Deposit Policy

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the same member's name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 1betmega reserves the right to request proof of ownership of a payment method before processing any transaction.
• Deposits cannot be reversed once credited to your account. If in doubt, please contact customer support before making a deposit.
• Members may set daily deposit limits as part of their self-control tools through their account settings.

Your winnings at 1betmega is your right. We are committed to processing all withdrawal requests promptly and securely:

5.1 Withdrawal Process

• The minimum withdrawal is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes for most payment methods during normal operating hours.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your deposit (for anti-money laundering purposes).
• Your first withdrawal may require additional identity verification (KYC) – this is a standard security procedure.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

6.2 Bonus Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be fulfilled within a specified period. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place a total of RM1,000 in bets before the bonus portion can be withdrawn as cash.

7.1 Bet Confirmation

All bets are considered valid once confirmed by the system 1betmega and you receive confirmation. Errors in placing a bet that has already been confirmed cannot be reversed. Please review your bet slip carefully before confirming.

7.2 Event Changes & Cancellations

• If an event is cancelled before it begins, all bets will be fully refunded.
• If an event is suspended and resumes within 12 hours, all bets remain valid and will be settled based on the final result.
• For in-play (live) betting, outcomes that have already occurred are final regardless of any temporary technical interruptions.

7.3 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by sport, market, and betting tier. Current limits are displayed within the betting interface. 1betmega reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time without prior notice.

Casino, poker and slots games at 1betmega uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been verified and audited by independent third-party bodies, ensuring every game outcome is completely random and fair.

8.1 Game Results

All casino and slots game outcomes are final and are not subject to review unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure that affected the result. In the event of a technical failure, 1betmega reserves the right to void the round in question and refund the amount wagered.

8.2 Live Casino

In live casino games with real dealers, internet disconnections or connection interruptions on the member's end will not void any bets already placed. Members are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection while playing.

8.3 Poker – Additional Terms

• The use of third-party assistance software that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion among poker players is a serious violation and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• Minimum bets and pot limits vary by table and are displayed in the table information before you take your seat.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform 1betmega and may result in account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action:

• Money laundering – Using the platform to conceal or convert illegally obtained funds.
• Payment fraud – Using a stolen credit card or bank account that does not belong to you.
• Bonus abuse – Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or using specific strategies to manipulate bonus wagering requirements.
• Collusion – Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Use of bots or automated software – Using computer programs or automated scripts to place bets or play without human intervention.
• Bug exploitation – Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or system errors to gain a financial advantage.
• Chargeback – Initiating a credit card chargeback after receiving a legitimate service or winnings.

1betmega reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close the account of any member under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms set out in this document.
• At the member's own request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion for responsible gaming purposes).
• Requirements arising from applicable legal or regulatory compliance obligations.
• Suspected fraud or illegal activity currently under investigation.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

If your account is closed for legitimate reasons with no breach of terms, any balance in your account (excluding bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you within 5 business days.

• Deposit Limit – Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.

• Session Timeout – Take a break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days.

• Actions or omissions by third-party service providers, including payment processors.

Maximum liability amount 1betmega under any circumstances shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We will endeavour to notify members of material changes via email or in-account notifications with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

This agreement is governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this agreement shall first be resolved through direct negotiation between you and 1betmega.

If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the dispute may be referred to a mutually agreed arbitration process. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
